Where is the race?

The start and finish for the Traverse City Trail Festival will be at Ranch Rudolf. In addition to being the area's foremost equestrian ranch, it is also just a few miles from the North Country Trail, wonderful hiking trails, and only a short drive from downtown Traverse City. Give them a call at (231) 947-9529 to check for rate and availability.

Address: 6841 Brown Bridge Rd, Traverse City, MI 49696

What is the course like?

Aside from roughly two miles in the beginning and two miles near the finish, the course is all flowing and fun singletrack. Some elements of the trail may be difficult for beginners, which is a big reason we've included a 15 mile shortcut option, which also serves at the route for the 15 mile beginner race. The terrain is largely flat, with some rolling hills, but no sustained climbs of more than a few minutes. The 40 mile race is perfect for more experienced riders, while the 25 mile race and tour is well-suited for folks who ride on a somewhat consistent basis. Either way, you'll have a great day!

I can't make it to the event, but I'd like to help NMMBA. Where do I donate?

We get it, summer is a busy time! If you can't join us July 22, but would still like to support our trail maintenance, winter trail grooming, and general advocacy efforts, you can always donate at NMMBA.net, and of course stay in touch with us on Facebook and Instagram.
